Water stations were a bit chaotic.
Need more cups ready to go and spread either side of the road and/or over more tables if possible. Water was also very cold so harder to drink. Parking and marshalling was excellent. Great route, although would be good to take in more of the city if possible like the South side.

It’s been 9 years since I last took part in Colchester Half Marathon. It’s incredible to see how far it’s come and how much the community get involved ! It felt amazing to have so much support. ONLY down side I will mention is there could have been an extra water station or two. I didn’t feel like there was enough . But we survived so all is well :D

Great half marathon, well organised. Good route. Well supported.

Organisation and communication before the race was easy and clear.

The atmosphere on the day was great - plenty of stewards and help from the organisers made everything run smooth and lots of people turned out in support. Over 3000 runners so it felt like a massive race and you where never alone.

Would have liked the pacers to have had flags so you can see them better

The marshalls did a brilliant job on the day and the spectator support was superior in comparison the half half marathons that I've done in London

Great event with lots of support along the way. Very well organised! First time for me and hopefully I'll give it ago again next year. A big well done to everyone!

Would have preferred a goody bag instead of digital one
I think bottles of water would be better for lots of reasons
